Role: First AI Strategist and founding go-to-market hire — a former top-tier consultant with deep Chief Claims Officer / C-suite relationships at large insurance carriers who can lead Layerup's enterprise carrier sales motion end-to-end (discovery, demos, procurement, closing). Target: close $10M+ carrier revenue within 12 months. Negotiates on commission, not base.
