We are looking for a Senior Infrastructure Engineer with 5-8 years of experience, including at least 3 years in a dedicated DevOps role, to join our growing team. As our first dedicated DevOps hire, you will play a crucial role in scaling our platform to meet increasing demand. We need someone who is hungry, enjoys making a tangible impact, and thrives in a fast-paced startup environment where they can own the intersection of cloud infrastructure, security, and compliance.
What will you be doing?
Own security and infrastructure decisions across AWS and Kubernetes. Harden and evolve our cloud environments, including networking, IAM, WAFs, and DNS controls. Support and maintain our SOC 2 compliance using tools like Drata. Lead infrastructure design for 1-3 year horizons, including compute strategy and environment isolation. Enable secure-by-default workflows through automation, templates, and CI/CD guardrails.
