What you will do:
Architect and ship end-to-end systems using Python, TypeScript, Django Ninja, and React to automate underwriting and claims. Collaborate with AI as a primary architectural partner to achieve order-of-magnitude improvements in development velocity and system capability. Build compliant-by-design features that turn complex US insurance regulations into a scalable competitive moat for the platform.
The ideal candidate:
2-4 years of experience shipping production-grade systems at high-growth startups or top-tier technology companies. An AI-native workflow where LLMs are used for complex architectural reasoning and rapid prototyping, not just basic code completion. High-ownership mentality with a track record of self-initiated projects and the ability to thrive in high-ambiguity, intense environments.
