About the Role We're building AI-powered recruitment infrastructure and need a founding MLE with exactly the right background to architect our agent systems from the ground up.

What You'll Do

• Own full agent architecture from intent parsing to execution
• Build multi-step LLM workflows for candidate sourcing and matching
• Design tool calling infrastructure across recruitment APIs
• Develop production evaluation systems ensuring quality at enterprise scale
• Architect the core technical stack for our AI-powered recruitment platform

What We're Looking For

• CS degree from Stanford, graduated 2019
• Currently Senior MLE at London-based Series B AI startup (€40-50m raised within last 2 years)
• 5+ years building agentic systems in production
• Direct experience owning agent orchestration layers with intent decomposition and multi-step reasoning
• Built evaluation frameworks that demonstrably reduced production regressions (50%+ improvement)
• Shipped computer-use agents handling 10k+ automated actions weekly
• Production experience with: Python, LangChain, OpenAI function calling, structured output pipelines, RAG over enterprise schemas
• Prior experience as early engineer (first 10 employees) at seed-stage workflow automation startup
• Built 0→1 LLM-powered task routing that drove first enterprise pilots
• Currently actively interviewing for senior IC roles focused on agent architecture ownership
