Senior Fullstack Engineer, RCM AI Product

Commure — Building the AI Operating System for healthcare. RCM AI automates end-to-end revenue cycle management and medical billing for the largest US health systems.

Role: Senior Fullstack Engineer, RCM AI Product Location: Mountain View / SF / LA / NYC (onsite; open to relocation for the right candidate) Work: Onsite Comp: $170k–$230k base + equity Experience: 4+ years Employment: Full-time

Role summary: Design and ship the RCM AI product end-to-end across backend and frontend — billing/claims workflows, financial dashboards, and customer-facing tooling. Python/TypeScript/React stack; work directly with customers daily on a team that deploys daily.

Key skills Must-have: Backend engineering, React Strong: TypeScript, Python, SQL, Docker, Kubernetes

Scoring criteria — Critical (must clear)

• CRITICAL 4+ years professional software development experience
• CRITICAL Strong backend + frontend (genuine fullstack, not just one side)
• CRITICAL Production experience with modern frontend JS frameworks (React preferred, or Vue)
• CRITICAL Ships fast in production / deploys daily
• CRITICAL On-site in Mountain View, SF, LA, or NYC (open to relocation)

Important (strong pluses)

• IMPORTANT Python backend (core Commure stack)
• IMPORTANT Experience with financial / billing / data-intensive product surfaces
• IMPORTANT Containers + cloud (Docker, Kubernetes)
