WHO WE ARE minitap is building mini, the QA superemployee. mini connects to a company's specs, tickets and codebase, maps its user journeys, then tests each pull request on what is actually at risk, runs full regressions, investigates failures and returns actionable reports. Small team in Paris, backed by Moxxie Ventures, Mercuri and Tekton Ventures.

A TYPICAL WEEK: 70% coding, 15% pairing and code review, 15% demos, specs, team rituals. The technical spec is written with you, then it is yours to take to production. Day to day with Pilou (Head of Engineering); Luc and Nico (founders) close by.

WHAT YOU'D OWN

• Product capabilities, end to end. From an unclear customer problem to architecture, implementation and deployment. Nothing thrown over a wall.
• Reliable agents in messy environments. How agents observe applications, choose actions, recover from mistakes and decide whether a test actually passed.
• Mobile testing infrastructure. Device state, flaky apps, permissions, auth, networking, test isolation and reproducible runs on Android and iOS.
• Debugging across the whole system. Following failures through agents, models, backend services, device infrastructure, CI and the customer's application.
• Shape the company. Talk directly with users, influence the roadmap, improve engineering practices, and help find the next exceptional hires.

MUST-HAVE REQUIREMENTS 01 Compelling evidence that you can build — an ambitious technical project shipped beyond mandatory coursework, and you can explain precisely what you owned. 02 An unusually strong problem solver — you break hard problems into testable hypotheses, reason from first principles and keep digging until the real cause is clear. 03 You learn exceptionally fast — you enter a new codebase or technical area, identify what matters and become productive with limited guidance. 04 You take ownership — you progress without perfectly scoped instructions, say when you are blocked, and stay responsible for whether the work succeeds.

DESIRABLE

• An ambitious product, open-source project, developer tool, game, research project or startup you built.
• AI agents, LLM systems, computer vision, evaluation, or the reliability of probabilistic systems.
• Android, iOS, mobile automation, device infrastructure or end-to-end testing.
• Exceptionally well organised: complex work without losing details or leaving loops open.
• Other strong builders actively choose to work with you again.
