The finance function at Mnzil isn't a back-office role — it's a core growth lever. T H E R O L E We're looking for a VP of Finance who can do three things exceptionally well: structure real estate deals, build the financial architecture for a fast-scaling company, and produce the FP&A that helps leadership make great decisions fast. This is a hands-on operator role. You'll own the numbers, you'll sit in deal rooms, and you'll report directly to the CEO. W H A T Y O U ' L L O W N Real Estate Finance – Structure and close property acquisition and lease deals – Build financial models for new properties — IRR, LTV, payback, occupancy scenarios – Work directly with landlords, banks, and developers on terms – Evaluate markets as we expand (UAE and beyond) FP&A – Own the operating model — revenue, costs, unit economics, portfolio performance – Run monthly reporting for the board and investors – Build forecasting that's actually useful, not just spreadsheets no one reads – Track ARR growth, bed utilization, and margin by property Fundraising & Investor Relations – Lead debt structuring — bank relationships, credit lines, term sheet negotiation – Support equity rounds — data rooms, financial diligence, materials – Manage relationships with institutional investors (Aramco, Mubadala, PIF, ANB) Finance Operations – Own cash flow management, treasury, and runway visibility – Set up financial systems and controls that scale with the company – Coordinate with auditors, tax advisors, and legal on compliance W H A T W E ' R E L O O K I N G F O R – Real estate finance background — You've structured deals. You know how lease vs. own, cap rates, and debt covenants work. This is non-negotiable. – FP&A chops — You can build a bottoms-up model from scratch, stress-test assumptions, and present findings clearly. – Smart and fast — We're a startup. You'll figure things out with incomplete information under time pressure. – Willing to relocate to Riyadh — This is a full presence role. Remote won't work. – Mobile and available — Ideally single, no dependents. We move fast and need you to move with us. – 5+ years of relevant experience — Big 4, investment banking, PE, real estate fund, or high-growth startup.
