Rimon is seeking an Entertainment Partner to join and further expand its talent-side entertainment practice. This position is intended for an established entertainment lawyer with a portable practice or strong client relationships who is interested in growing within a collaborative, conflicts-aware firm.
The incoming partner will work alongside other experienced entertainment lawyers and will have access to deep internal support across trusts & estates, tax, real estate, intellectual property, and corporate practices. This role offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive, long-term legal counsel to creative clients whose needs extend well beyond individual deals.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and grow a partner-level talent-side entertainment practice
• Represent individual clients in music, film, television, and digital media matters
• Negotiate and structure recording, publishing, touring, endorsement, licensing, and branding agreements
• Advise talent on film and television development, production, and distribution matters from the individual’s perspective
• Counsel creators, influencers, and digital talent on content, monetization, and platform agreements
• Provide ongoing career strategy, deal analysis, and risk management advice
• Collaborate with firm partners in trusts & estates, tax, real estate, IP, and corporate law to support clients holistically
