For engineers, many of the core problems here mirror some of the hardest challenges in coding agents: long-horizon reasoning, context management, retrieval, tool use, and orchestrating multiple agents over shared state. The difference is that the workspace here is multimodal, temporal, and much less objectively verifiable. What You'll Work On

Agents that operate across long-horizon creative workflows, with orchestration and shared state across scripts, shots, and edits.
Context and retrieval systems for reasoning over references, brand context, and production data.
Creative tooling and workflows that make filmmakers and clients dramatically more effective.
Media and data infrastructure behind generation, review, and iteration.

Who We're Looking For

You move fast, think in systems, and operate with high agency.

You've either built technically ambitious systems (agents, infra, data) or great user-facing products with unusual speed and taste. Bonus points for experience with video pipelines, media processing, or creative tooling.
