AI Coding Product Manager — US Remote
Company: Verdent (contracting entity: Verdent AI, Inc., a Delaware corporation). Verdent builds AI coding agents and developer tools. The core team is based in Singapore; this role is hired in the US, likely via an EOR or contractor arrangement.
Working Hours: Must work primarily during Singapore business hours (9:00 AM–6:00 PM SGT), which requires regular evening or overnight work in the US. This is a hard requirement and must be confirmed with every candidate before introduction.
Requirements: • 3+ years of product management experience. • Bachelor's degree or above from a well-regarded university, preferably in a technical or related field. • Experience with developer tools, SaaS, enterprise software, or technical products. • Strong understanding of software development workflows. • Excellent English communication, ownership, and execution skills. • Based in the US with valid work authorization. • Able to work consistently during Singapore business hours.
Preferred / nice to have: • Experience in AI, machine learning, LLMs, or generative AI. • Experience with AI coding agents or developer tools. • Technical or early-stage startup experience.
Process notes: • Compensation band not yet supplied by the client — to be confirmed with Eula/Laney. • Verdent's internal recruiting team may be sourcing in parallel; check for duplicate candidates before submission. • Candidates must be pre-briefed on Verdent, the role, salary range, the Singapore timezone overlap requirement, and the EOR/contractor employment setup before introduction. • First role with this client — used to evaluate the engagement, so calibration quality matters. Client expects a small set of uncontacted profiles up front as a direction check before outreach begins.
