The Role We're hiring our first AI Strategist — a former consultant who walks in with deep relationships with Chief Claims Officers and other C-suite stakeholders at large insurance carriers, and who can lead Layerup's enterprise carrier sales motion from day one. This is a founding go-to-market role: discovery, demos, procurement, and closing happen through you.

The right person closes $10M+ in carrier revenue within 12 months. We expect the candidate to negotiate on commission, not on base — if you're focused on base, this role isn't for you.
