The Role
You'll be the first dedicated partnerships hire at Nero, working directly with our CEO to grow our creator network and push us into new markets. This isn't a traditional sales job. Yes, you'll run a pipeline — but you'll also help shape how Nero expands into new verticals, build relationships with labels and other important ecosystem partners, help plan events, and be in the room when strategy gets made.

What you'll work on:
- Own a creator sales pipeline with a goal of 30+ meetings per week
- Work directly with streamers to co-create growth strategies (giveaways, content, integrations)
- Build and close relationships with ecosystem partners: labels, agencies, platforms
- Identify and secure presence at key industry events
- Contribute to business development, media partnerships, and sponsorships
Who You Are
Must-haves:
- 2-6 years of experience in music, creator tech, or adjacent industries
- Warm relationships across the music and creator economy, specifically with artists, producers & execs
- Experience with Notion, Apollo.io (or similar sales tools), Canva, Claude, ChatGPT
- You own problems fully and execute fast, without needing hand-holding
- Comfortable working 50+ hours/week when it matters
Nice-to-haves:
- Founder experience
- Deep personal interest in music, livestreaming, or the creator economy
- Experience with agents/automated workflows (N8N) and Claude Code
Personality-wise:
- You love music and genuinely want to help artists win
- You're up for adventure — we've worked from Mexico for a month, hit conferences coast to coast, and we're just getting started
Compensation & Logistics
- Salary: $160k-$180k (all base, no variable)
- Equity: 0.5-1.0%
- Location: Remote (US + Canada)
- Start date: ASAP
