We're hiring our first Product Manager to work closely with our Co-founder and CTO to build products that redefine recruiting. You'll collaborate across every function to shape and ship products that influence millions of candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
This role is based in San Francisco (onsite).
What you'll do:
- Drive the launch and ongoing operations of our suite of products, working closely with Design and Engineering
- Own and refine prioritization; support sprint planning, issue triage, and backlog management
- Run rapid experiments: develop hypotheses, talk to customers often, and iterate to validate use cases
- Make data-driven decisions to uncover hidden patterns and answer key product questions
What we're looking for:
- Experience shipping consumer or B2B products end to end, ideally at a fast-moving startup
- Strong product sense and judgment; comfortable owning prioritization and roadmap
- Highly analytical and data-driven
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration with design, engineering, and go-to-market
- Based in or willing to relocate to San Francisco
Compensation: $150,000 to $220,000 base, plus equity.
