About the Role
We're an early-stage YC pre-seed startup building a full-stack AI recruiting agency that uses software to deliver recruiting services at a fraction of traditional costs. We're looking for a Recruiter to work directly with our clients using our internal software platform to help us handle more clients and deliver exceptional results.
This role combines recruiting (50%), business development (30%), and customer success (20%) responsibilities. You'll be essential in helping us scale our operations while maintaining the quality of service our clients expect.
What You'll Do
- Execute full-cycle recruiting for multiple clients using our proprietary software platform
- Source, screen, and present qualified candidates to meet client hiring needs
- Develop new business opportunities and help expand our client base
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Work collaboratively with our team to optimize recruiting processes and outcomes
What We're Looking For
- 1-3 years of recruiting experience, with minimum 1 year full-time recruiting required (ideally 2-3 years)
- Agency recruiting experience preferred over in-house talent acquisition
- Strong relationship-building skills and business acumen
- Hungry, coachable attitude with drive to grow in an early-stage environment
