Commure — Building the AI Operating System for healthcare. Air AI is our EMR/EHR platform — the system of record and clinical workflows that the largest US health systems run on.

Role: Software Engineer, Air AI Location: Mountain View / SF / LA / NYC (onsite; open to relocation for the right candidate) Work: Onsite Comp: $150k–$200k base + equity Experience: 2+ years Employment: Full-time

Role summary: Contribute to the Air AI EMR/EHR platform — clinical data models, interoperability, workflow features, and services clinicians rely on. Build across Python/TypeScript on a fast-paced team that deploys daily and works directly with customers.

Key skills Must-have: Software engineering, Python or TypeScript Strong: Backend or full-stack development, SQL, Docker

Scoring criteria — Critical (must clear)

• CRITICAL 2+ years professional software development experience
• CRITICAL Solid general software engineering fundamentals (backend or full-stack)
• CRITICAL Ships fast in production / comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• CRITICAL On-site in Mountain View, SF, LA, or NYC (open to relocation)

Important (strong pluses)

• IMPORTANT Python and/or TypeScript (core Commure stack)
• IMPORTANT SQL and data modeling
• IMPORTANT Containers + cloud (Docker, Kubernetes)
• IMPORTANT Strong ownership and eagerness to learn
