Commure is building the AI Operating System for healthcare — the Ambient AI / Ambient Scribe products for clinicians (ambient capture, real-time note generation, review/edit). Fast-paced, deploys daily.
Role: Lead and grow the Frontend Platform team powering Ambient AI clinician-facing experiences. Own the FE platform across web/mobile/embedded, architect real-time and async workflows (audio capture, streaming, AI state transitions), and build shared UI primitives / design systems in a healthcare-grade environment.
Location: Mountain View / SF / LA / NYC. Hybrid (1–3 days in office). Comp: $200k–$250k base + equity. Experience: 7+ years (3+ managing). Full-time.
Must-have: Engineering management (frontend/platform), React, TypeScript, frontend platform / design systems. Strong: real-time / data-intensive UX, cross-functional leadership. Bonus: AI/ML-powered UX, healthcare / regulated domains.
