We maintain an exceptionally high hiring bar. Candidates should ideally meet at least one of the following criteria:

• Graduates from top-tier institutions (preferably IIT Computer Science, Electronics, Mathematics, or equivalent disciplines) with evidence of outstanding academic performance and technical depth.
• Founding engineers, CTOs, or senior technical leaders from highly AI-native startups, particularly those that have demonstrated meaningful product-market fit, rapid growth, or global ambition.
• Former founders who successfully built products, acquired customers, generated traction, or scaled teams, even if the company ultimately did not become venture-scale.
• Engineers from leading technology companies who have demonstrated exceptional individual impact through patents, significant technical contributions, open-source work, published research, or commercially deployed AI systems.

We are not looking for candidates who are merely learning AI or experimenting with basic AI tools. Every engineer joining the team is expected to be deeply AI-native and to use modern AI systems as a core part of their daily workflow. Candidates should demonstrate sophisticated use of AI for software development, research, automation, product creation, and technical problem-solving — not simply casual use of ChatGPT, Claude, or similar tools.

Candidates coming from traditional industries such as banking, consulting, or large enterprises should be able to point to substantial AI-related side projects, startups, open-source contributions, research, patents, or commercially deployed systems that demonstrate genuine technical curiosity and execution capability.

We particularly value individuals who:

• Stay at the forefront of AI developments and actively engage with the broader AI ecosystem.
• Build, ship, and iterate rapidly.
• Have a strong public technical footprint (open source, technical writing, patents, research, products, etc.).
• Are active participants in technical communities and closely follow the latest advancements in AI and software engineering.
• Demonstrate exceptional ownership, ambition, and a bias toward action.

As a rule of thumb, if a candidate would not naturally be considered among the strongest engineers in their peer group, they are unlikely to be a fit. We are optimizing for rare talent, technical depth, exceptional execution, and genuine AI-native thinking.
