Designer

About the Role

We're looking for a Founding Product Designer to join Prism and shape the future of work experience for job applicants while building our internal B2B platform used for placing candidates. This is a foundational role where you'll be designing across both our consumer-facing product and internal tools that power our recruiting operations.

What You'll Do

• Design end-to-end experiences for job applicants using our future of work platform
• Create and iterate on our internal B2B placement platform used by our team
• Work across the full design process from user research through shipped features
• Build design systems and foundations as our first design hire
• Collaborate directly with founders and engineering on product strategy and execution

What We're Looking For

• 2-3 years of product design experience at early-stage startups
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design from research to shipped features
• Experience designing both consumer-facing products and internal/admin tools
• Proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools
• Strong UX fundamentals including user research and interaction design
• Experience wearing multiple hats in a startup environment

Nice to Have

• Background in recruiting tech or edtech adjacent products
• Experience with design systems and accessibility standards
