Software Engineer – AI Inference Infrastructure Early-Stage Startup · Full-Time · 2 Openings
About the Role We're a small, fast-moving team building deep technical infrastructure in AI. We're looking for two engineers who care more about the company's success than their own résumé — people who ship things on weekends because they're genuinely excited, not because they're told to.
What We're Looking For We don't have a rigid technical checklist. What matters is that you've done something hard and deep — and you can prove it.
0–5 years of experience (we care far more about depth than seniority) Background in low-level software, hardware, systems, inference, or anything that required you to really understand what's happening under the hood STEM-educated or self-taught with demonstrable results — we're open to both Signs of exceptionalism: were you the best at something? Anything. A sport, an instrument, a competitive game, a hard research problem
You'll Thrive Here If You
Take initiative without being asked — you see a problem and just go fix it Challenge ideas openly, but can commit fully once a decision is made Care about building things that are beautiful — elegant systems, clean architecture, intuitive design Don't ask about work-life balance at a four-person startup
Red Flags (Be Honest With Yourself)
You want to specialise deeply in one area and won't touch anything else Your goal is to land a job at a big tech company and this is a stepping stone You need external motivation to do your best work
Nice to Have
Experience in inference or agent architectures Hardware background Ex-founder or competitive athlete mindset
Compensation Competitive for an early-stage company. We'd rather talk to the right person and figure it out.
We move fast. If you're interested, reach out with something you've built that you're proud of.
