Role: Senior Backend Engineer, RCM AI Location: Mountain View / SF / LA / NYC (onsite; open to relocation for the right candidate) Work: Onsite Comp: $170k–$230k base + equity Experience: 4+ years Employment: Full-time

Role summary: Build and scale the backend systems powering RCM AI — financial ledgering, claims/billing automation, payment reconciliation, and accounting workflows over large healthcare financial datasets. Python-heavy stack; fast-paced team that deploys daily.

Scoring criteria — Critical (must clear)

• CRITICAL 4+ years professional software development experience
• CRITICAL Strong backend programming (Python preferred)
