Founding team member at Prism — a YC-backed AI recruiting startup based in London. This is a flexible role that splits between engineering work (TypeScript, Next.js, Postgres, Temporal across the Prism product) and business work (GTM, customer-facing recruiting workflows, ops, partnerships). You'll work directly with the founders, ship product end-to-end, and own real customer problems. Looking for someone who's comfortable jumping between code and customer calls in the same day, has high agency, and wants to be early at an ambitious YC-backed company.
