Role summary: Design and influence fullstack architecture for scalable, AI-powered healthcare solutions across Python/Go/TypeScript/React. Lead technical planning for new features, mentor junior engineers, and work directly with customers daily.

Scoring criteria — Critical (must clear)
- CRITICAL 4+ years professional software development experience
- CRITICAL Strong backend + frontend (genuine fullstack, not just one side)
- CRITICAL Production experience with modern frontend JS frameworks (React preferred, or Vue)
- CRITICAL Ships fast in production / deploys daily (not big-co committee shipping)
- CRITICAL On-site in Mountain View, SF, LA, or NYC (open to relocation)
Important (strong pluses)
- IMPORTANT Python and/or Go backend (core Commure stack)
- IMPORTANT Containers + cloud (Docker, Kubernetes)
- IMPORTANT Strong execution and ownership ideation→implementation
- IMPORTANT Strong communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
