GTM/Growth Associate @ HireGlide

We're an AI-first hiring agency looking for a Growth Associate to help us scale our client base and optimize our recruiting operations. This role combines business development, hands-on recruiting, and general operational support as we grow our agency.

What You'll Do

• Conduct outbound to companies that need recruiting help to win new agency contracts
• Demo our AI recruiting software to prospects and existing clients
• Use our software to actively screen candidates and run recruiting searches for clients
• Support general operations and strategic initiatives across the business
• Manage both new client acquisition and existing client relationships

What We're Looking For

• 0-3 years of experience, ideally with some sales exposure (and an ability to learn quickly)
• Strong sales aptitude and ability to close deals
• Experience as an SDR or BDR, preferably at a startup or agency
• Smart generalist who can adapt quickly and handle diverse responsibilities
• Based in London and able to work in person
• Someone who's collaborative and pleasant to work with

Nice to Have

• 1 year of SDR/BDR experience with consistent quota achievement
• Experience in startup or agency environments
• Interest in AI/recruiting technology
